Ingredients:

  • Prosecco wine
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Elderflower liqueur
  • Fresh elderflowers
  • Lemon verbena leaves
  • Sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry the elderflowers.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Prosecco wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur.
  3. Add the fresh elderflowers to the shaker and muddle gently to release their flavor and oils.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
  6. Garnish with a lemon verbena leaf and top with sparkling water.
