Ingredients:
- Prosecco wine
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- Elderflower liqueur
- Fresh elderflowers
- Lemon verbena leaves
- Sparkling water
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry the elderflowers.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Prosecco wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur.
- Add the fresh elderflowers to the shaker and muddle gently to release their flavor and oils.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a lemon verbena leaf and top with sparkling water.
