Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate
  • Cream cheese
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dark chocolate and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a lined mold or ramekins.
  5. Place the mold/ramekins in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  7. Top each mold/ramekin with a dollop of whipped cream.
  8. Garnish with fresh berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries).
  9. Serve chilled.
