Ingredients:

  • Plums
  • Basil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in olive oil until softened.
  2. Peel and chop the plums into small pieces and add them to the pan with the onions and garlic.
  3. Add the basil leaves to the pan and stir to combine.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture and stir again.
  5. Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the plums are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
