Ingredients:

  • Figs
  • Prosciutto
  • Goat cheese

  • Arugula

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2: Slice the prosciutto into thin strips.

Step 3: Arrange the figs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4: Top each fig with a piece of prosciutto.

Step 5: Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the prosciutto-topped figs.

Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the figs are tender.

Step 7: Toss the arugula with a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 8: Serve the baked figs on top of the arugula. Enjoy!
