- Add peeled and segmented navel orange to the blender or food processor. Blend until well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, give the mixture a good stir and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Spoon the pomegranate-orange mixture into individual serving cups or glasses.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
