Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup fresh coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • Handful of ice
  • Sprig of fresh mint leaves
  • Slice of lime

Instructions:

  1. Cut the mangoes into small pieces and place them in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the coconut milk, simple syrup, rum, and club soda to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice.
  5. Top each glass off with a sprig of fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
