Ingredients:

  • Fresh coconut meat
  • Fresh pineapple chunks
  • Fresh mango chunks
  • Sparkling water
  • Simple syrup
  • Lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Cube the fresh coconut meat and place it in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the fresh pineapple chunks and mango chunks to the blender.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of sparkling water and 1/4 cup of simple syrup to the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice to the mixture and stir well.
  7. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the coconut mango pineapple sparkler over ice in glasses or cups. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
