Ingredients:
- Fresh coconut meat
- Fresh pineapple chunks
- Fresh mango chunks
- Sparkling water
- Simple syrup
- Lime juice
Instructions:
- Cube the fresh coconut meat and place it in a blender or food processor.
- Add the fresh pineapple chunks and mango chunks to the blender.
- Add 1/4 cup of sparkling water and 1/4 cup of simple syrup to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice to the mixture and stir well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve the coconut mango pineapple sparkler over ice in glasses or cups. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
