Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Sugar
- Cornstarch
- Lemon juice
- Water
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the raspberries and sugar until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and lemon juice until smooth.
- Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the raspberry mixture, stirring constantly.
- Continue stirring for about 2-3 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add the water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until the mixture has thickened to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
