Ingredients:

  • Raspberries
  • Sugar
  • Cornstarch
  • Lemon juice
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the raspberries and sugar until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the raspberry mixture, stirring constantly.
  4. Continue stirring for about 2-3 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
  5. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add the water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until the mixture has thickened to your desired consistency.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
