Ingredients:

  • Raspberries
  • Sugar
  • Cornstarch
  • Lemon juice
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl.
  2. Add raspberries to the bowl and toss to coat with the sugar and cornstarch mixture.
  3. Heat lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the saucepan and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the raspberry mixture into the saucepan with the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
