Ingredients:
- Grilled shrimp
- Pineapple
- Mango
- Jalapeno peppers
- Cilantro
- Lime juice
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Brush shrimp with lime juice.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Transfer shrimp to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.
- In a small bowl, mix together pineapple, mango, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro.
- Serve the grilled shrimp on top of the fruit and vegetable mixture.
- Drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.
