Ingredients:

  • Grilled shrimp
  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • Cilantro
  • Lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  3. Brush shrimp with lime juice.
  4. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Transfer shrimp to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together pineapple, mango, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro.
  7. Serve the grilled shrimp on top of the fruit and vegetable mixture.
  8. Drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.
