Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and corn)
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
