Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and hull the strawberries.
  2. In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, sugar, heavy cream, and honey until well combined.
  4. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Fold the strawberry puree into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Scoop the mixture into bowls and top with ice cubes before serving.
