Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Rinse and hull the strawberries.
- In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, sugar, heavy cream, and honey until well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Fold the strawberry puree into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Scoop the mixture into bowls and top with ice cubes before serving.
