Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh mango slices
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the pineapple chunks and mango slices. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, discarding any solids.
  3. Add the lime juice, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl with the fruit puree. Mix well to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into glasses or cups.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
