Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh mango slices
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the pineapple chunks and mango slices. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, discarding any solids.
- Add the lime juice, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl with the fruit puree. Mix well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into glasses or cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
