Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add peeled and deveined shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
  4. Add soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Serve immediately.
