Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add peeled and deveined shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
- Add soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve immediately.
