Ingredients:

  • Gin
  • Lillet Blanc
  • Lemon juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Egg white
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except egg white and simple syrup for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake for another 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Top with a float of Lillet Blanc.
  5. Drizzle Angostura bitters over the drink.
  6. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.
