Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz peach puree
  • 1 oz mint simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz granulated sugar
  • Club soda
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, peach puree, mint simple syrup, and fresh mint leaves.
  2. Muddle the ingredients together until well combined and the mint is fully broken down.
  3. Add granulated sugar to the shaker and muddle again until the sugar is fully incorporated.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  6. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and serve.
