- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz peach puree
- 1 oz mint simple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 oz granulated sugar
- Club soda
- Ice
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, peach puree, mint simple syrup, and fresh mint leaves.
- Muddle the ingredients together until well combined and the mint is fully broken down.
- Add granulated sugar to the shaker and muddle again until the sugar is fully incorporated.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and serve.
