Ingredients:
- Gin
- Lillet Blanc
- Lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- Egg white
- Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- Dry shake all ingredients except egg white and simple syrup for 10-15 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and wet shake for another 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top with a float of Lillet Blanc.
- Drizzle Angostura bitters over the drink.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.
