Ingredients:

  • Peaches
  • Corn tortillas
  • Grilled chicken
  • Avocado
  • Lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season grilled chicken with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  3. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Warm corn tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing grilled chicken on top of warm tortillas, and serving with sliced avocado and chopped cilantro.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over tacos just before serving.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
