Ingredients:
- Prosecco
- Fresh mint leaves
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Simple syrup
Instructions:
- Muddle the fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with a little bit of ice.
- Add the Prosecco and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker and stir well.
- Add the simple syrup and stir again.
- Fill two glasses with ice and strain the cocktail into the glasses.
- Garnish each cocktail with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
