Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Sugar
- Cornstarch
- Water
- Lemon juice
- Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved and mixture is warm.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to the saucepan and stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
