Ingredients:
- Blackberries
- Heavy cream
- Sugar

Instructions:
- Rinse the blackberries and remove any stems or debris.
- In a blender or food processor, puree the blackberries until smooth.
- Transfer the blackberry puree to a medium saucepan.
- Add the heavy cream, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt to the saucepan.
- Whisk the mixture together over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the mixture has thickened slightly.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the fresh mint leaves.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature before serving.
