Ingredients:

  • Raspberries
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, and eggs in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Add melted butter to the mixture and stir until it’s fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
  7. Mix together raspberries and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  8. Spread the raspberry mixture over the cooled cake layer.
  9. Repeat the layers one more time, ending with the cake layer on top.
  10. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
