Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Flour
- Sugar
- Butter
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix together flour, sugar, and eggs in a bowl until well combined.
- Add melted butter to the mixture and stir until it’s fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
- Mix together raspberries and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Spread the raspberry mixture over the cooled cake layer.
- Repeat the layers one more time, ending with the cake layer on top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
