Ingredients:
- Blackberries
- Granulated sugar

- Heavy cream
Instructions:
- Rinse the blackberries and remove any stems or debris.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well until the berries are evenly coated with the sugar and lemon mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and heavy cream until smooth.

- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
