Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 oz rose water
- 1/4 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- Rose petals for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and rose water in a shaker filled with ice.
- Add handful of fresh mint leaves to the shaker and muddle (gently smash) them with a muddler or back of spoon.
- Strain mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with rose petals.
