Ingredients:

  • Rose petals
  • Rhubarb

Instructions:

  1. Chop the rhubarb into 1-inch pieces
  2. Steep the rose petals in hot water for 5 minutes to release their fragrance and flavor
  3. Mix the chopped rhubarb with the steeped rose petals in a bowl
  4. Add sugar to taste and mix well
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large baking dish
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with additional rose petals if desired
