Ingredients:

  • Raspberries
  • All-purpose flour
  • Granulated sugar
  • Cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • Baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  6. Drop rounded spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
