Ingredients:

  • Raspberries
  • Heavy cream
  • Granulated sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Egg whites

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the egg whites until they become frothy.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in the raspberries and heavy cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meringues are golden brown on the bottom and set.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving.
