Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Heavy cream
- Granulated sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Egg whites
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the egg whites until they become frothy.
- Add the granulated sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the raspberries and heavy cream.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meringues are golden brown on the bottom and set.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
