Ingredients:

  • Pineapple chunks
  • Mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • Ginger, peeled and grated
  • Green onions, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Lime juice
  • Honey
  • Soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, Mandarin oranges, ginger, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the fruit and garnish with additional cilantro, if desired.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve chilled.
