Ingredients:
- Pineapple chunks
- Mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
- Ginger, peeled and grated
- Green onions, thinly sliced
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lime juice
- Honey
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, Mandarin oranges, ginger, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the fruit and garnish with additional cilantro, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled.
