Ingredients:
- Peaches
- Ginger
- Brown sugar
- Butter
- Cornstarch
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the peaches, ginger, brown sugar, and butter until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with cornstarch.
- Place the lemon juice in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture over the top of the peach mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is tender.
