Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz honey syrup (1 part honey to 1 part water)
- 1 oz fresh mint leaves
- 1 egg white
- Ice cubes
- Club soda
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, honey syrup, and fresh mint leaves. Muddle (gently smash) the ingredients together using a muddler or the back of a spoon.
- Add egg white to the shaker and dry shake (shake without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white with the other ingredients.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and wet shake (shake with ice) for another 10-15 seconds to combine all the ingredients together.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda.
