Ingredients:
- Fresh blackberries
- Fresh mint leaves
- Lemon juice
- Sugar
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Rinse the fresh blackberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, muddle the fresh mint leaves with a spoon to release their oils and flavor.
- Add the muddled mint leaves to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the shaker.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the shaker and stir until it’s fully dissolved.
- Top up the shaker with club soda and stir again.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
