Ingredients:

  • Mangoes
  • Fresh ginger
  • Red onion
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • Cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Grate the fresh ginger using a Microplane grater.
  3. Chop the red onion into small pieces.
  4. Finely chop the jalapeno peppers.
  5. Blend the cilantro and lime juice together until smooth.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Add the chopped mangoes, grated ginger, chopped red onion, and finely chopped jalapeno peppers to the pan.
  8. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the ingredients are heated through.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
