Ingredients:

  • Mangoes
  • Coconut milk
  • Lime juice
  • Honey
  • Yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Chop the mangoes into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped mangoes, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness and consistency as needed by adding more honey or coconut milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into small cups or bowls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Just before serving, top each cup with a dollop of yogurt.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
