Ingredients:

  • Blackberries
  • Fresh ginger
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. Wash and sanitize the blackberries.
  2. Peel and grate the fresh ginger.
  3. Squeeze the lime juice.
  4. Mix the simple syrup with an equal amount of water.
  5. Combine the blackberries, grated ginger, and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  6. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
  7. Add the club soda to the liquid and stir gently to combine.
  8. Chill the drink in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
