Ingredients:
- Blackberries
- Fresh ginger
- Lime juice

- Club soda
Instructions:
- Wash and sanitize the blackberries.
- Peel and grate the fresh ginger.
- Squeeze the lime juice.
- Mix the simple syrup with an equal amount of water.
- Combine the blackberries, grated ginger, and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
- Add the club soda to the liquid and stir gently to combine.
- Chill the drink in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
