Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup club soda
Instructions:
- Rinse the strawberries and remove any stems or leaves.
- In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth.
- Transfer the strawberry puree to a bowl and stir in the sage leaves.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and club soda.
- Fold the yogurt mixture into the strawberry mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
