Ingredients:
- Champagne
- Lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- Rinse the fresh raspberries and remove any stems or debris.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the champagne, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Add the fresh raspberries to the shaker and muddle (gently press) them with a muddler or back of a spoon to release their flavor and oils.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
