Ingredients:

  • Champagne
  • Lemon juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the fresh raspberries and remove any stems or debris.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the champagne, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Add the fresh raspberries to the shaker and muddle (gently press) them with a muddler or back of a spoon to release their flavor and oils.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
