Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Wash the cucumbers and pat them dry with a clean towel.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the cucumbers, basil leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, discarding any solids.
  4. Add water to the bowl and stir until the mixture is well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
