Ingredients:
- Cranberries
- Sugar
- Water
- Orange juice
- Lime juice
- Grand Marnier
- Butter
- White chocolate chips
- Puff pastry
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until cranberries have popped and the mixture has thickened.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, and Grand Marnier.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch (3 mm). Cut out circles of pastry using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry mixture onto one half of each circle of pastry, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border around the edges.
- Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling to form a triangle or cone shape, pressing the edges together to seal.
- Use a fork to crimp the edges of the pastry and create a decorative border.
- Brush the tops of the pastries with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
