- Sparkling water
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Mint leaves

- In a large pitcher, combine the cherimoya puree and simple syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Add the lime juice to the pitcher and stir again to combine.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
- Muddle the mint leaves in a separate container with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their oils and flavor.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cherimoya mixture over the ice.
- Add a few sprigs of the muddled mint leaves on top of each glass.
- Stir gently again to combine, then serve immediately.
