Ingredients:

  • Cherimoya puree
  • Sparkling water
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Here are the instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the cherimoya puree and simple syrup. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add the lime juice to the pitcher and stir again to combine.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  5. Muddle the mint leaves in a separate container with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their oils and flavor.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cherimoya mixture over the ice.
  7. Add a few sprigs of the muddled mint leaves on top of each glass.
  8. Stir gently again to combine, then serve immediately.
