  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cornstarch and salt. Add cold water and whisk until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in confectioners’ sugar until well combined.
  7. Fold in blueberries.
  8. Pour batter onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool completely on wire rack.
  11. Once cooled, whisk together lemon juice and sugar until well combined.
  12. Drizzle the lemon glaze over the blueberry bars and serve.
