Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Strawberries
- Fresh mint
- Lemon juice
- Honey
- Heavy cream
Instructions:
- Trim the asparagus spears of their tough ends and discard them.
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold running water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl, making sure to reserve the lemon peel for later use.
- Drizzle the honey over the asparagus spears and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.
