Ingredients:

  • Asparagus
  • Strawberries
  • Fresh mint
  • Lemon juice
  • Honey
  • Heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Trim the asparagus spears of their tough ends and discard them.
  2. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  3. Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold running water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl, making sure to reserve the lemon peel for later use.
  5. Drizzle the honey over the asparagus spears and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.
