Ingredients:
- Pinot Noir wine
- Butter
- Garlic
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- Shallots
- Bay leaves
- Thyme
- Rosemary
Instructions:
Step 1: Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Step 2: Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Step 3: Add sliced onions and sauté until they start to soften, about 5 minutes. Step 4: Add the Mushrooms and sauté until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes more. Step 5: Add the Bay leaves, Thyme, and Rosemary, and sauté for another minute. Step 6: Add the Pinot Noir wine and bring the mixture to a simmer. Step 7: Reduce heat to low and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded together.
