Ingredients:

  • Fresh pineapple chunks
  • Lime wedges
  • White rum
  • Simple syrup
  • Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Cut the fresh pineapple chunks into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the lime wedges on the side of a glass.
  3. Muddle the mint leaves in a bowl until they are well bruised and fragrant.
  4. Add the muddled mint to the bowl with the pineapple chunks.
  5. Drizzle the white rum over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice.
  7. Top each glass off with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
