Ingredients:

  • Pineapple
  • Coconut milk
  • Mango
  • Lime juice
  • Honey
  • Ginger

Instructions:

  1. Chop the ginger and mango into small pieces.
  2. Blend the coconut milk, pineapple, lime juice, and honey together until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped ginger and mango to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the pan and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
